The type of therapy I offer I personally and professionally have found to be suited to a range of needs/ experiences when it comes to growth, self exploring and improving areas of our lives.
TA Psychotherapy is a type of talk therapy that analyses the relationship with yourself (your thoughts, feelings, behaviours), the relationship with others (friends, family, strangers, work colleagues etc) and the world around you (how you experience, understand the world around you). It does this by exploring how childhood to present day has influenced us.
What I personally love most about TA, is the simplicity of its structure. Allowing exploring the complexity of our bodies/minds, to be more manageable.
I use the practical experience from my previous career in learning support to support my therapy training, and inform growing communication with you. We all communicate in our own unique ways, and I believe it is important to understand you and how you prefer to express yourself.
Whether you want to explore your emotional experiences, understand your past, learn new strategies to manage, regulate or grow. TA therapy helps people to understand how we develop both with our thinking and our feelings, and decide on changes that will allows us to grow.
